About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team as a Senior Culinary Director. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of Chefs and other personnel engaged in menu development, production levels, and food preparation across multi-unit operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing hot and cold food items, specialty dishes, and managing lead culinary personnel to ensure compliance with established standards and client expectations. The Executive Chef will perform various duties, including menu development, budget planning, food presentation, quality standards, requisitioning and purchasing food products, overseeing local purchase processes, participating in waste management training, conducting team training, liaising with head office support, developing food sampling menus, participating in food sampling events, and ensuring compliance with Dana Hospitality's Seasonal Inspirations.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
