We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Merchandising Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing visual marketing tools and campaigns to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customer promotions, including building product and marketing displays, attending events, and ensuring all merchandising tools and promotional materials are being improved across our sales channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Labatt's extensive network of customers, including restaurants, bars, and large retail stores.
  • Conduct in-person merchandising visits and create route to market plans for our clients.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $45,000 per year, with bonus potential of $4,000.

Requirements:

  • A full, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Availability to work full-time on a flexible schedule.
  • Post-secondary education.
  • A passion for working with a diverse group of people and building relationships.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to take direction while possessing strong problem-solving skills.
