Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Merchandising Representative to join our team at Labatt Breweries of Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing visual marketing tools and campaigns to drive sales and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer promotions, including building product and marketing displays, attending events, and ensuring all merchandising tools and promotional materials are being improved across our sales channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Labatt's extensive network of customers, including restaurants, bars, and large retail stores.
  • Conduct in-person merchandising visits and create route to market plans for our clients.
  • Participate in brand experience promotions and support various regional sales and marketing activations.

Requirements
  • A full, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Availability to work full-time on a flexible schedule.
  • Post-secondary education (mandatory).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Outstanding time management skills and ability to coordinate and prioritize.
