Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Merchandising Representative to join our team at Labatt Breweries of Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales and merchandising strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer promotions, including building product and marketing displays, attending events, and ensuring all merchandising tools and promotional materials are being improved across our sales channels.
  • Develop and implement route to market plans for our clients, including restaurants, bars, and large retail stores.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Labatt's extensive network of customers, including conducting in-person merchandising visits and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales and merchandising strategies.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education is mandatory.
  • Full, unrestricted driver's license is required.
  • Availability to work full-time on a flexible schedule.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
