Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Merchandising Representative to join our team at Labatt Breweries of Canada. As a Sales and Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, creating and implementing visual merchandising displays, and supporting customer promotions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Create and implement visual merchandising displays to showcase our products and promote sales
  • Support customer promotions and events, such as concerts, festivals, and trade shows
  • Ensure all merchandising tools and promotional materials are being improved across our sales channels
  • Support with various regional sales and marketing activations
  • Attend, run, and participate in brand experience promotions
  • Create route to market plans for our clients (restaurants, bars, and large retail stores)
  • Build and maintain relationships with Labatt's extensive network of customers
  • Maintain accountability to a portfolio of customers and conduct in-person merchandising visits
Requirements
  • Full, unrestricted driver's license
  • Availability to work full-time on a flexible schedule
  • Post-secondary education (mandatory)
  • Passion for working with a diverse group of people and building relationships
  • Interest in learning about sales from the ground up
  • Assertive and self-motivated, with excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to take direction, while also possessing strong problem-solving skills
  • Enjoy working independently, while being part of a fast-paced, team environment
  • Outstanding time management skills, coupled with the ability to coordinate and prioritize
  • Previous customer service, merchandising, hospitality industry and/or sales experience is an asset
