About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Merchandising Representative to join our team at Labatt Breweries of Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for merchandising our iconic brands and driving sales growth through the implementation of various visual marketing tools and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer promotions, including building product and marketing displays, attending events, and ensuring all merchandising tools and promotional materials are being improved across our sales channels.
  • Support with various regional sales and marketing activations, including creating route to market plans for our clients and building and maintaining relationships with Labatt's extensive network of customers.
  • Maintain accountability to a portfolio of customers and conduct in-person merchandising visits.

  • A competitive salary of $45,000 per year, with bonus potential of $4,000.

Requirements
  • A full, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Availability to work full-time on a flexible schedule.
  • Post-secondary education (mandatory).
  • A passion for working with a diverse group of people and building relationships.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to take direction while possessing strong problem-solving skills.
  • Previous customer service, merchandising, hospitality industry, and/or sales experience is an asset.
