We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and report on financial data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Partner with budget owners to assess and manage costs associated with client billings.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure business continuity.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
Qualifications:
- CPA or CPA In-Progress.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and budget controls.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.

Pay Transparency NoticeDetermining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
