About the Opportunity
  • Support the corporate budgeting and forecasting processes, develop budgeting/forecasting templates, and educate cross-functional owners on their use.
  • Drive engagement to achieve deadlines, challenge stakeholders to push for efficiency, and consolidate budgeting and forecasting information into summary and detailed reports.
  • Assist with the preparation of the budgeting/forecasting summary deck and update the balance sheet.
  • Support the production of high-quality Monthly Reporting Packages.
  • Deliver high-quality standardized reporting.
  • Assist with analyzing the impact of raw material cost changes on the business and track price increase impact/deviations.
  • Provide financial analytical support for business cases and special projects, develop frameworks for business cases, and partner with the business to enable analysis completion on time and to a high quality.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and investment opportunities across the business.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to the business to enhance their understanding of business performance, proactively analyze various parts of the business, and identify cost savings, efficiency opportunities, or other drivers of additional profitability.
About You
  • University degree required, FP&A background an asset.
  • MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' analytical experience in a corporate Finance team in manufacturing and/or retail.
