About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Support Specialist to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with our Plexxis ERP system
  • Log and track customer service requests
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support team members
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction with our products and services
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
