Restaurant Assistant Manager

At Kwality Sweets & Restaurant, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen staff to ensure that menu items are prepared to the highest standards and that food safety and hygiene protocols are followed.
  • Manage and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and storage areas.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team, controlling costs, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and take calculated risks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
