At QE Home, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in achieving this goal by providing top-notch customer service, processing sales, and maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Utilize product knowledge to inform and educate customers, driving sales and building customer loyalty
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales trends, and company initiatives to provide informed and enthusiastic service
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous sales and retail experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
