We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our team at White Cap Canada Inc. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Process customer orders and handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
