Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our team at White Cap Canada Inc. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and upselling existing customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- Process purchase orders, handle cash and credit card transactions, and arrange deliveries as needed.
- Prospect for new sales opportunities through outbound calling and emailing.
- Facilitate the sales process through project management, tracking open sales orders, and issue resolution.
- Provide product pricing and information to customers, ensuring accurate and timely responses to their inquiries.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is required.
