Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to position Relay as the leading business banking solution.
  • Lead a team of content managers to create impactful content across various platforms, including digital, blogs, newsletters, webinars, video, social media, print, and experiential.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content quality, integrity, and consistency across all marketing channels.

  • 6+ years of content marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving measurable growth.
  • Experience leading content teams and developing innovative content strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform content decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for small businesses and their owners/operators, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
