About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Specialist to join our team at FYidoctors. As a key member of our clinic, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to patients, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Efficiently manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including billing and payment processing
  • Communicate effectively with patients, medical staff, and third-party providers to ensure accurate and timely information exchange
  • Administer pre-testing services and manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing
  • Uphold high standards of customer service, using your charisma and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and exceed patient expectations
Requirements
  • Previous customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail or healthcare environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new technology quickly
