Patient Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Specialist to join our team at FYidoctors. As a key member of our clinic, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to patients, ensuring a positive first impression
- Efficiently manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including billing and payment processing
- Communicate effectively with patients, medical staff, and third-party providers to ensure accurate and timely information exchange
- Administer pre-testing services and manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing
- Uphold high standards of customer service, using your charisma and problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise
- Previous customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail or healthcare environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of comfort using technology and computers
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional, approachable manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners
