Carpentry Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Supervisor to join our team at Ridgetechone Reinforcing Corp. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our carpentry crew and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of carpentry crew members to ensure efficient and safe completion of projects
- Resolve work-related problems and provide technical guidance to crew members
- Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed
- Develop and implement methods to improve productivity and product quality
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is on-site, with occasional travel to various construction sites.
