About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Supervisor to join our team at R-Four Contracting Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of carpenters and ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of carpenters and other construction staff
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure staff have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Accurate and sound judgement
