Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Crew Supervision: Supervise and train carpentry crew members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work meets the required standards.
- Material Management: Requisition and manage materials and supplies to ensure that they are available when needed.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed and that the work site is a safe and healthy environment for all employees.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
