We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry Supervisor to join our team at R-Four Contracting Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of carpentry teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and development programs.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a noisy environment.
