Job Description

We are seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team at oNTARIO iNC. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role
  • This role involves providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as required.
  • Manage the distribution of mail and other materials within the organization.
  • Supervise and train other staff members as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and manage contracts.
HR Support
  • Assist with the coordination of employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in a related field (e.g. business administration, office management).
  • 1-7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work 37 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
