We are seeking a skilled Program and Facility Monitor to contribute to the City of Hamilton's diverse team of talented and ambitious staff. As a key member of our Healthy and Safe Communities department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the condition of our facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Coordinate programs and services that promote healthy and safe communities, working closely with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Proven experience in facility operations, program coordination, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
