Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at S B Arora Management Services Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and lead a team of 3-4 retail staff members
    • Assign tasks and duties to ensure efficient store operations
    • Provide guidance and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
    • Ensure that the store is well-organized and visually appealing
    • Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory, supplies, and utilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise
    • Monitor inventory levels and adjust as necessary to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, customer service, and inventory levels
    • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail supervisory role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
    • Proficient in MS Outlook
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, standing for extended periods and handling a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
