As a key member of the Corporate Development team, you will play a critical role in identifying and evaluating business opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and providing recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to evaluate business opportunities and provide recommendations to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the energy industry, with a focus on corporate development, operations, or investment banking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with experience using tools such as Excel and financial modeling software
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
