Job Title: Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist

About the Role:

Adecco Canada is seeking a Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing investments in social and environmental initiatives that align with corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze potential investments and develop strategies to maximize social impact
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure initiatives are financially sustainable and contribute positively to communities and the environment
* Manage social investment partnerships and budget for Resilient Communities focus area and specific regions

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, including marketing and communications, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and philanthropy
* 3-5 years of demonstrated corporate Social Investment experience; building and executing on community programs and sponsorships
* Skilled in project management; exemplary organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize for impact and manage multiple initiatives at once
