Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive the design and delivery of technology transformation in our branch channel. The ideal candidate will be a capable decision-maker who works closely with business unit stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of technology transformation initiatives in the branch channel
  • Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain business cases for technology transformation initiatives
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions
Requirements:
  • Strong business analysis skills with experience in technology transformation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
