About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Royal Caffe & Espresso Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, maintaining accurate records of our café's operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
