Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure work environment.
  • Prepare and submit reports on security incidents and trends.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
  • Security Guard License.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work environment is varied, with opportunities to work in different locations.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
