Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Keyholder to join our team. As a Keyholder, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and ensuring a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.
- Perform register functions, utilizing sales, promotions, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to visual standards.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales or customer service experience (an asset).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
