Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Penningtons. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Implement effective merchandise strategies and visual merchandising plans
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory control
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store objectives and goals
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of leadership and supervisory experience in a retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings
