About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to join our team at Lamb Weston. As an Environmental Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the environmental sustainability of our operations and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures to minimize our environmental footprint
  • Conduct regular environmental audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for environmental improvement
  • Develop and maintain environmental training programs for employees
  • Communicate environmental performance and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
