Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to join our team at Lamb Weston. As an Environmental Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the environmental sustainability of our operations, championing environmental initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive environmental excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct environmental audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with the EHSS Pillar Team, Green Team, and Sustainable Development Program to drive environmental initiatives and promote a culture of sustainability.

  • Develop and maintain environmental metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sciences, with a focus on environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in environmental management, with a focus on sustainability and compliance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on environmental sustainability and compliance.
