Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Sustainability Manager to join our team at Lamb Weston. As an Environmental Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the environmental sustainability of our operations and implementing strategies to reduce our environmental footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement environmental sustainability strategies to reduce our environmental impact
  • Conduct environmental audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainability initiatives
  • Develop and maintain environmental policies and procedures
  • Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics
  • Provide training and education to employees on environmental sustainability practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in environmental sustainability or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance
