Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Job Summary:
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes.
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
Responsibilities:
  • Determine the size of food portions and costs.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas.
  • Order supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Repetitive tasks.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Work under pressure.
