Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at GFL Environmental Inc. In this key role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand our strategic vision and workforce requirements and implement recruitment strategies that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for key corporate roles, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast talent needs, develop proactive recruitment strategies, and enhance employer branding initiatives to position GFL Environmental Inc. as an industry-leading employer.
- Design and implement a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our organization's values and culture.
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment processes and build a strong talent pipeline of active and passive candidates for future hiring needs.
- Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts, ensuring that our hiring practices are equitable and inclusive.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of high-volume recruitment experience in a corporate, agency, or executive search setting.
- IT recruitment experience and bilingualism (English/French) are assets.
- Strong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in cold/warm calling and skilled in data analysis to drive recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship-building and professional networking.
