Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Plan Group Inc. as a key member of our Human Resources department. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from role definition and candidate screening to evaluation, offers, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Engineering, Estimating, and Operations.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, leading weekly meetings and sharing leads with your team.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Source and screen candidates, conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate their skills and fit.
  • Develop and promote our company brand and employee value proposition through various channels.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the construction industry.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at industry events and job fairs.
  • Support internal workforce planning, career development, and international mobility initiatives.
  • Oversee applicant tracking and job boards, monitoring key recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

  • A relevant post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably with a focus in Human Resources.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of full cycle recruitment experience; construction industry experience a definite asset.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition.
