About the Opportunity

Plan Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving our recruitment strategy and building a strong pipeline of top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process, from role definition and candidate screening to evaluation, offers, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in Engineering, Estimating, and Operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.
  • Oversee applicant tracking and job boards, monitoring key recruitment metrics.
  • Support internal workforce planning, career development, and international mobility.

Requirements

  • A relevant post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably with a focus in Human Resources.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of full cycle recruitment experience; construction industry experience a definite asset.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition.
