Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to clients and employees, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with computer systems and networks.
- Incident Management: Manage incidents and provide timely and effective solutions to technical problems.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and respond to user inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, including installing cables, operating systems, and software.
- Problem Solving: Research and implement solutions to technical problems, using user guides, technical manuals, and other documents.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Skills: Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
This is a temporary position in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
