About the Role

telMAX Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to lead our entry into the commercial market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying customer leads, communicating with businesses, property management, and building owners within our geographic footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Lead Generation:
    • Sell telMAX telecommunications services to businesses, property managers, and building owners.
    • Generate, qualify, and manage a strong pipeline of warm and cold leads to meet sales quotas and targets.
    • Conduct outreach via cold calling, emails, and networking to identify potential customers within your territory.
    • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Customer Relations & Service:
    • Build and foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring telMAX is positioned as a trusted partner for their telecom needs.
    • Educate customers about telMAX's products, services, bundles, and promotions to meet their unique business requirements.
    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy & Management:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored telecom solutions that align with client needs.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring deals are mutually beneficial for both telMAX and the customer.
    • Continuously update and maintain accurate sales records, data, and activities in the CRM system.
    • Track and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to contribute to product development and pricing strategies.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to management on customer needs and ways to enhance service offerings.
    • Represent telMAX professionally and ethically at all times, adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent ability to build rapport with clients and maintain lasting business relationships.
  • Knowledge of business-grade internet and telecommunications solutions.
  • Familiarity with VoIP systems and telecommunication technologies.
  • Past telecom sales experience or relevant B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and managing a contact funnel.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to cross-sell multiple telecom products and services.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • High level of self-motivation and drive to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Willingness to support clients post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and resolve any issues.
