Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and gather information from various sources to inform nursing diagnoses and develop effective care plans.
  • Collaborate with patients and their families to create personalized care plans that promote participation and empowerment.
  • Prioritize and coordinate nursing care, delegate tasks, and ensure seamless communication among the interprofessional care team.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on illness prevention, health restoration, and maintenance.
  • Diligently document patient outcomes, assessments, and interventions according to established practice standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
  • Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum one year of recent related acute care experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • Knowledge of rehabilitation nursing principles and practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $84,000 - $116,000 per year, comprehensive employer-paid benefits, generous vacation time, and a defined municipal pension plan. Join us in creating a culturally safe and respectful environment for all individuals.
