Retail Store Manager

At Days Inn Liquor Store, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that merchandise is properly stored and displayed.
- Merchandising and Sales: Authorize the return of merchandise, order new stock, and prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising matters.
- Human Resources: Hire, train, and develop staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
As a Retail Store Supervisor at Days Inn Liquor Store, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling heavy loads and working under pressure. You will be required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, and you must be able to lift and move merchandise as needed.
