Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Server, you will be responsible for consistently offering professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests. This will include assisting guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way, following outlet policies, procedures, and service standards, and having full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions. You will also be expected to follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage, and to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of one (1) year recent experience in a food and beverage related position in a quality establishment. You will also need to hold Serving It Right and Food Safe certificates, and to have excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a busy environment. Additionally, you will need to be a team player with proven success in relationship building, and to have a commitment to providing excellent service and exceeding expectations. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude are also essential, as is completely fluent English language skills both written and verbal, and professional and impeccable grooming and presentation.

Working Arrangements

This is a part-time position, with no remote work options available.
