Job Summary

The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of service and advice colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of service and advice colleagues to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement service and advice strategies to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and develop colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage and oversee the overall discipline and strategy for the branch, aligning with enterprise best practices.
  • Act as the highest point of escalation for customer issues and concerns.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a leadership role.
  • Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) course and/or equivalent certification.
