Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager Trainee to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including customer service, sales, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to customers.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure the branch remains competitive and compliant.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or risk management.
  • Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) course and/or equivalent certification.
  • IFIC or CSC certification.
