Job Title: Branch Manager Trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager Trainee to join our team at TD Bank. As a Branch Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for managing a small-sized branch and leading a team of service and advice colleagues. You will be responsible for promoting a positive customer and colleague experience, leading and coaching the team, and ensuring the branch's service and advice strategies are aligned with the overall Bank's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the service and advice team to promote a positive customer and colleague experience
  • Lead and coach the team to achieve business objectives and branch goals
  • Develop and implement service and advice strategies to achieve business objectives and branch goals
  • Manage the overall budget, revenue, and expenditures of the branch
  • Ensure the branch's service and advice strategies are aligned with the overall Bank's objectives
  • Lead the process of setting performance objectives for the team and track, monitor, and effectively address and/or reward performance in a timely manner
  • Ensure colleagues are in compliance with all human resources policies, procedures, and guidelines of conduct
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the business area/function and the Bank, both internally and externally

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) course
  • IFIC or CSC
