Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager Trainee to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our branch operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and coaching to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Branch Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the branch and the bank, ensuring that all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's customer base and increase revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or management position.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
