**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at the CN Tower. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through friendly interactions, efficient guest flow control, and accurate product information.
  • Act as an ambassador of the CN Tower and the City of Toronto, engaging with guests and providing information about our attractions and services.
  • Operate core services such as elevator monitoring, queuing area management, and attraction operations.
  • Assist in maintaining a presentable and clean environment throughout the guest areas.

**Requirements:**

  • Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hospitality or tourism setting.
  • A secondary school diploma is an asset, but not mandatory.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset, but proficiency in both languages is not necessary.

**Working Conditions:**

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you can expect to work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to stand or walk for long periods, and may be asked to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The CN Tower - Attractions, 290 Bremner Blvd, Toronto, ON

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
