Project Director, Global Food Supply Chain

As a key member of the Food Leadership team at Ag Growth International Inc., the Project Execution Lead, Global Food is responsible for delivering all Food project execution commitments to customers. This includes project management, engineering, reporting and governance, and forecasting and planning.
About the Role- Lead teams of project managers, program leads, engineers and analysts to execute orders on time, under budget, with great internal and external communications while exceeding customer expectations.
- Responsible for identifying and managing risk across technical, operational, commercial, and contractual parameters on assigned projects/orders.
- Track internal project performance metrics and communicate overall status to the Food and AGI Leadership Teams.
- Lead team to successfully forecast project budgets and meet monthly, quarterly and year-end revenue recognition forecasts.
This role collaborates with key functions across the global Food organization to harmonize processes supporting these activities while balancing customer and commercial business requirements.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve project outcomes and drive business growth.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations to enhance efficiency.

About the SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes a comprehensive health plan, retirement savings plan, and employee share purchase plan.
