About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Part-time Supply Chain Associate to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business-to-business operations by administering procurement, sourcing, and quoting functions that meet the needs of our customers and drive the success of their business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage branch inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
  • Administer procurement functions, including purchase orders and backorder management, to optimize resource allocation.
  • Estimate and quote prices, as well as source products, to meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate resources to respond to customer supply chain needs, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Support accounts receivable activities and make deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid driver's license and meet our driving record requirements for using a company vehicle.
  • Be at least 18 years old due to the nature of the work.
  • Hold a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or have relevant customer service or industry experience.
  • Excel in written and oral communication, possess proficient computer skills, and demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
  • Show strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities, as well as problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills.
