We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at D&D Investments Corp. as a key member of our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Staff Supervision and TrainingLead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Inventory ManagementOversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
Quality ControlConduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared to order and presented in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements- Education
A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work EnvironmentA fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks is expected.
Working ConditionsThe successful candidate will be required to work in a kitchen environment with a high level of attention to detail and a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
