About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at D&D Investments Corp. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Staff Supervision and Training

Lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared to order and presented in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment

A fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks is expected.

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a kitchen environment with a high level of attention to detail and a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
